Return Policy

Viking Tactical Group is committed to customer service and we are confident of the products we offer, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, just send it back within 30 days for a refund. Please allow up to a week to process your return and refund your account. All refunds are issued via the same method you used to make the payment. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility.

An Important note: Returned items must be in new condition with original tags, manuals, etc. and be suitable for resale. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, which are not refundable. We strongly suggest that if you need to return or exchange an item that you use a service capable of tracking information such as UPS.

Exchange Policy

If your item doesn't fit or you want another color, you have 30 days to send it back and request another item. All we ask is that you pay the shipping and return the item in new condition, fit for resale.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed we move very quickly in order to process the order and have it shipped out to our customers. If for some reason you would wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please contact us and we will do our best to stop the process.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is received we have a strong commitment to have the order processed and shipped from our warehouses within (2) business days. If for some reason that item is not in stock you will be notified of any delays or possibly a product alternative.

If you have chosen the option of expedited shipping we are committed to shipping out that order the same business day if the two requirements are present. (1) The item and or items are in stock and ready to ship. (2) The order is received by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard time to allow for processing of the order.
